So whatever you have to say at a listing presentation is seen through the eyes of that lack of trust. In fact, the biggest barrier to anyone doing business with you, is exactly that, a lack of trust.
Your prospective clients live in such a world of betrayal that they simply put up a barrier that is almost impenetrable.

Of course, an agent that is confident in achieving the highest sale price is definitely one to be seriously considered in your decision making process, however, don’t make that the basis on which to make your decision.
